Sale / Offer / Discount Periods

Items purchased during a sale, offer, or discount are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Please contact us first before returning any items.

Sale of Dangerous Articles

Our daggers are crafted as authentic Moroccan artifacts, meaning some items can be dangerous if used incorrectly, or even when handled correctly. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to use the items safely and ensure they comply with local laws.

Age Restrictions

All dangerous items from MoroccanDaggers are sold only to individuals over 18 years old. Age and address verification is performed at checkout. Providing false information is illegal.

If you experience issues with age verification on mobile devices, try holding your device horizontally.

By adding an age-restricted item to your cart, you confirm you are of legal age to purchase. A signature will be required for all bladed items sent worldwide, with no exceptions.

When ordering, provide your full name, date of birth, and full address. If we cannot confirm your age, we will issue a full refund.

Quality and After-Sales Service

All scabbards and grips are handmade and hand-dyed, so colors may vary. Please review carefully before purchasing. Exchanges for color variations are not possible.

Check your item immediately upon delivery; issues reported after 14 days may not be accepted.

Our daggers are authentic, handcrafted items, made using traditional methods. They may have minor irregularities that are typical of historical craftsmanship. These are not defects but characteristics of handmade work.

We pride ourselves on quality and service. If a genuine issue arises, we will strive to resolve it promptly.

Payment

Purchases made through MoroccanDaggers are secure. We are not responsible for orders placed via third-party websites unless explicitly listed on our official platforms.

Transactions will appear on your statement as MOROCCANDAGGERS.

Cancellation of Order

Orders can be fully refunded within 24 hours before shipment. After 24 hours, a 10% admin fee applies.

Returns

Non-faulty items incur a 10% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Items must be returned via recorded delivery in original or protective packaging. Customers are responsible for customs, import, or export charges.

Bladed items may have strict shipping restrictions, so please wait for confirmation before returning.

We cannot accept responsibility for excessive postal charges or damages during transit of returned items.

Refunds

Refunds processed via our Shopify system typically take 7–10 working days to appear in your account. The funds leave our account immediately; processing times are outside our control.
